Book Drop Taxi provides taxi services including one way drop taxi, round trip taxi, airport taxi, and local taxi rentals across Tamil Nadu and Bengaluru. All services are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation at the time of booking.

Booking & Confirmation

• Taxi bookings can be made through our website or by phone.

• Booking confirmation is subject to vehicle availability and payment (if applicable).

• Fare details will be shared at the time of booking.

• Book Drop Taxi reserves the right to accept or reject any booking request.

Pricing & Payments

• All fares are calculated based on distance, vehicle type, and trip type (one way or round trip).

• Minimum kilometers apply as per the selected service.

• Toll charges, parking fees, interstate permits, and other applicable charges are extra.

• Payments can be made via UPI, cash, credit/debit cards, or EMI options where available.

• Fare may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to route conditions.

One Way Drop Taxi Policy

• One way drop taxi follows the One Way, One Pay pricing model.

• Return charges are not applicable for one way trips.

• The shortest route as per Google Maps will be considered for fare calculation unless otherwise agreed.

Driver & Vehicle Policy

• Drivers are assigned based on availability and route suitability.

• Vehicle type may be upgraded or changed in case of unavoidable circumstances.

• Customers must maintain proper behavior with drivers during the journey.

• Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation.

• Last-minute cancellations may attract higher charges.

• Cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

Waiting Charges

• Free waiting time is limited as per service type.

• Additional waiting time may be charged extra and informed to the customer.

Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop details.

• Any damage caused to the vehicle by the customer will be chargeable.

• Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Book Drop Taxi is not liable for lost items.

Delays & Force Majeure

Book Drop Taxi shall not be held responsible for delays or service disruption caused by traffic conditions, weather, roadblocks, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

Book Drop Taxi is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from service delays or cancellations. Our liability is limited to the confirmed booking amount.

Book Drop Taxi reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on this page.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
